I brought such one (absolutely the same) with me to my home after retirement from Soviet Army in 1987

so there is someone crying somewhere, because i found it on internet and sold as WW2 buckle

which buckle were used by enlisted soldiers during WW2 ? i only saw the officer's one, which i like.

this wasn't properly a bunker but a coastal defense system, since the germans thought that the enemy should have landed here instead of Normandy. History went different.

Anyway, this is the fortification under the Castle of Thurm und Taxis

yes, but it was locked and away from my hands

decal was clearly a fake, but its still a pity that they leave an helmet to rust there. I will add more pics so you can see the conditions

Actually i like nature and hiking in the forest. Digging is just a good hobby that allow me to stay in the woods for a day and relax from office

here digging means 15-20 centimetres
